Made a cancellation with MWeb on the 1st of July but still don't have my money back. When I contact MWeb I get to taken from pillar to post, from Renecia to Sibongile to Zikhona... All can't help with getting my refund as a service was not provided. I'm being **** to each time I make a contact with them, they all lie and say they are processing and blame vuma to make a refund when they are the one responsible for paying back. Mweb doesn't stick to their promise, their time is over and no refund has been received on my end. No sms, no call, no email, just none whatsoever. I'm the one who keeps contacting and they keep lying. I WANT MY MONEY BACK😠😡
I have been holding for my debit order date to be changed, it took the whole month where CS is not able to assist. Now I have requested for a new service with the new date now I've been holding the line th whole day. Unacceptable service...
I have made a deposit to RCG markets, it reflected on my dashboard then when i was doing a transfer to my mt4 account, the money vanished. tried to chat with customer service, there were not avalable. Rearabilwe logged in and kept quiet the whole day. this is one nonsense broker, how do you not respon to clients when they handle clients monies. i just want my refund
Opened an account on the 30th of July at Fox street from Mr. Sibeko, till today the 05th of August my account is not active. At work the letter provided was rejected as its not active and it's the last day for payroll. I'm so ****ed at the Mr. Sibeko from Nedbank Colosseum on Fox street provides such bad service . no follow up made, juuuust nothing
My Tyme bank account was opened on the 27th of June, made a transaction to that account 2 days later and it bounced back due to account being blocked for no reason. Sent an email on the 5th of July after having no luck of getting through their lines on 0860999119, only received feedback on the 10th of July, while the email states I will be responded to within 1 business day. Today the 11th July 2023 I called again and waited to be assisted until I put my phone down, where I literally held the line more than 15 minutes. my issue has still not been resolved. they can now close that account. I no longer need it, will go to the next available bank pathetic service at tymebank
I'm boiling over this company, the ground agent Sphiwe Luthuli came to my house and found out that I'm unemployed. Took down my details and told me they're just taking it down and will come back after 12 months to check if I'm employed then start debiting. Now it debited from my account from kids money for food, I have no income at all. He **** because I'm being debited and it's only been 2 months. I don't appreciate the lies and ********ity the dmc workers are doing. I want my R250 back
Good day Trust this email finds you well. I have a case opened on 2nd of November 2020. The consultant provided me with the case number on the subject line. I was then promised that I will be contacted or receive an sms within 2 working days and the whole case will be resolved within 10working days however non of that has happened, today is day 9 and nothing has happened yet. This is a fustrating and a delaying process as FNB is not keeping up to its promise. The case has also been reported at the police station, my case is under investigation.
I sent an enquiry on the 3rd of October regarding a laptop that I wanted to sell to "we buy laptops", however the service was terrible. No one responded to me until I called in to ask if my enquiry was received and what would be the offer..... The response was received after 4 days while they claim everything is done within 24hours. The whole process eventually took them 2full weeks where the payment was only received on Saturday the 17th after back and forth of emails. Thanks to Andile who helped me and escalated the matter in order for me to get paid quicker. The offer was adjusted without confirming with me. I didn't get the service they claim to have The lady at reception kept on saying I must be patient.. which was ridiculous as the company claims the process is easy and quick. 2weeks is a long time.
Called multiple to downgrade my plan on the 30th. I have downgraded to a lower plan R110pm. The lady at the call centre confirmed that R110 will be debited in my account on the 1st of October... but Nothing happened. Yesterday my bank sent me a notification where I was charged a fee for insufficient funds debit order. When I had a chat with a consultant (Tshireletso) she responded saying my account is paid coz an amount of R419 was debited... When I know there was no R400 in my account. Now when I check...I owe R220...what on earth is the R220 for when I changed to a R110 plan. Multichoice is really fustrating .... Can they do what they got paid to do. Till today I haven't been debited.. and on top I'm told I owe more.
i got called from Reception to collect my parcel, when i arrive driver had left. I didnt even take 2 minutes to get to reception and BOOM!! driver has left. they say my parcel will be delivered on the next working day,.... i will be out of the country by then. i was never notified that are coming and parcel was not left at reception at least. This is a mickey mouse company. i want my parcel delivered today or refund nxxm
