SDM Eyewear consultant, Nicole, based in Ballito has made it exceptionally difficult for me to claim on my warranty on my glasses supp**** by yourselves. Tom Fords, snapped in two in less than 10 months. She has not returned multiple messages and wants me to pay for your lab to test what went wrong. The glasses snapped in two whilst I was cleaning it. Consumers should understand that your warranty process is designed for them to fail and that your glasses does not truly carry a warranty, or I would not have waited 2 months with constant check-ins and no responses.
I have paid for canvas printings and it has taken under a month to get a proper response from the team and finalise the order. The team does not confirm if the images are correct for printing. I have asked the same questions over 3 times, with the team ignoring the question or simply taking forever to respond. Exceptionally poor customer service. I am still awaiting for the confirmation of the printing and expected delivery date.
<p>Some individual on Uber named "Darren" has used my credit card details and charged ZAR 1040 for a trip. </p> <p> </p> <p>Uber has not responded to multiple chasers after their initial response, they have not reversed it and have no option of trying to recover the losses. The only fraud ever taken on my card has been this instance which leaves me to believe it is internal ... A picture of the card is required to link it to the profile and trying to understand how this happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need assistance ASAP .. alternatively the NCA will be next steps... </p>
This is ridiculous with the new rules of the slow lounge. I am forced to sit outside the slow lounge for 30 minutes before i use the facility. I wanted to shop around and asked the assitants for me to place my baggage in the storage compartment and they flat out refused. This private banking benefits are becoming worse with time and service even more shameful.
