My wife ordered a beanbag as a gift for our son on 4th May. Website says delivery usually within 5 days. This came and went. On 12th May we received an update that it would be dispatched within 48 hours. It is now Friday afternoon, 16th May and still no beanbag. Terrible customer service and communication. Happy to update this review if the beanbag is couriered overnight as requested.

I am appalled at the premium increases I've received since joining PPS in 2013. Since December 2013 my vehicle premiums have gone up 60%!!!! This is without any claims taking place.<br> <br> I have received 4(!) premium increases in the space of 15 months.<br> <br> When asked about this the best they could offer was to adjust the vehicle values slightly (which they should have been doing anyway). This made a negligible difference.<br> <br> I will be looking elsewhere for cover.
