So I logged a claim last Thursday, July 24th, around 10am. My car got towed and dropped at the assessment site super fast, within an hour, I sent through all the claim photos and documents on the same day. The consultants kept me in the loop the whole time. The process was super smooth, and just this Monday, July 28th, afternoon, the claim got approved
It is an amazing dealership my car application was done in less than 30minutes they are quite efficient and I love the car

I then received an email confirming that my shipment will arrive on the 30th of September at 08:11 am, on the 30th of September at about 08:32 I received an email from Express Parcel requiring two documents from the Nigerian Custom Company of which my sender said she sent them to the express parcel Nigeria Branch on Friday the 2nd of October,as instructed by express parcel, I have sent many emails without any response from express parcel. My sender went to the Nigerian branch yesterday to enquire about the parcel but they said they will contact me soon, till now I am still waiting for my parcel.
