Good Morning<br> <br> Parcel tracking number: 20335612SSD<br> Reference number: AF7AA91DEA <br> <br> I am Florence and my complaint is with Express Parcel South-Africa, My sender couriered the parcel from Nigeria to South Africa using Express Parcel Nigeria on the 29th of September 2015. I then received an email confirming that my shipment will arrive on the 30th of September at 08:11 am, on the 30th of September at about 08:32 I received an email from Express Parcel requiring two documents from the Nigerian Custom Company of which my sender said she sent them to the express parcel Nigeria Branch on Friday the 2nd of October,as instructed by express parcel, I have sent many emails without any response from express parcel. My sender went to the Nigerian branch yesterday to enquire about the parcel but they said they will contact me soon, till now I am still waiting for my parcel.

I ordered items from a lady in Nigeria called Stacy Adeola /Siwe Bakare and good were sent via that company and it was suppose to be same day delivery some how it was delayed and on the next day Selene sent me an email to deposit R550 for clearance and i did. on the next day She sent me a mail to say goods are damaged i need to renew my insurance for the package which is R950 within 12hours because my good were damaged their company will pay me R9500 If the form is submitted. this company destroyed my parcel and now i must keep paying them and Phill can not even speak English in their Cape Town Office.
