I am beyond grateful to Debt Rescue for helping me become debt-free! I started my journey in 2019, and although it was a long process, it was absolutely worth it. The peace of mind I have today is priceless. For anyone still under debt review, here’s my advice: 1. Check your creditor statements every month - Make sure all payments are reflected correctly and everything is in order. 2. Review your iPDA statement regularly - Confirm that distributions are correct, and report any discrepancies immediately. 3. Collect your paid-up letters as soon as each account is settled. Keep them in a safe place because you will need them when it’s time to obtain your clearance certificate. A special thanks to Marlize for always being available, patient, and ready to help me tackle any challenges along the way. And a big thank you to Eklesista for doing an amazing job in securing my clearance certificate. Debt Rescue, you have truly changed my life for the better. I can finally breathe again.

Can someone explain why an account that was fully paid and closed last year is now listed as active with a positive balance? Ticket number 739164 was created, but it seems this issue won’t be resolved in time for the next funds distribution date.
I don't know why Debt Rescue created a customer portal when customers can log a ticket themselves if our query will remain open for weeks. I created a ticket asking them to remove 2 creditors that have been paid-up, 27 days ago, and there's no movement. The next thing, they will pay those accounts and say "the distribution process was already been done". Could you please ask some to attend into my query (ticket number 373439), that was last assigned to Nonhlanhla Mbatha.
Hi, Why is it so hard to remove paid off accounts from the creditors list on your end? I sent a request (ticket number 373439) 25 days ago and there’s no movement.
I am writing to express my concern and frustration regarting a query that I submitted 15 days ago (02 October 2023). Despite the considerable time that has passed, the issue remain unresolved. I want to know why a paid-up account is still being paid after I provided all the necessary documents to prove that the account has been paid-up? I really don't understand why is it so hard to exclude this one account from the payment plan and redistribute the funds to other open accounts. From the previous communication from Megan Kendall Smith, on the 6th of September 2023, I was promised that the account in question will be excluded from the payment plan. My ticket number is 329964 and it seems like there's no one who's willing to resolve this issue.

Intercare Tygervalley they just know nothing about the importance of good client service. I went there on the 13th of August for blood test, until today I'm still waiting for DR Booysen to call me with my results. The most annoying part is to call and being told that they will get back to you before the end of the day, I so wish Discovery can end partnership with them.
