Got a boerie pizza ,bit the sausage on it was pickled and burnt
I was so dossapointed in this place tonight, i had literly 15 min left of finishing my drink and i got handed a plastic cup. The people who stays there till the end will always be back, why are you treating like this and there was no drama or fights. This just yellse the owner doesn't care .
So everyting worked fine, but the games i used play on android now all of a sudden does not update anymore. Its games i like to play and spend some money on like match masters and Dice dreams . now they don't want to update anymore and because of that i can play it no more. Why taking my freedom of playing a game away
I cancelled my medical aid because I can't afford it anymore. Then is was paid into my current account on debt review. I asked them to transfer the money and they didn't not want to. Said they can't help me. This money is now stick, I am going through a bad time in life and this would have helped me to get some stuff done. Service my car and doing other repairs so that I can at least go to work. Then paying my levies that is behind and paying off some more money that I owe. It hunk it's better to not live anymore. Maybe just take myself out. Because companies don't know what they are doing to people. I don't even know how I am going to get to work next week.
From my previous review, I have not got any feedback back on if they going to reverse the payment to my current account that is inactive by due I up debt counceling. Yet I can see the payment was not eet removed paid it from my medical savings. Yet I have no money, my car needs to be fixed and have to pay othr obligations as well. Yet I thought that my account was updated and thought it would be paid into m Discovery bank savings account where my life policy also gets deducted from. No one see the importance of my issue. This is a matter of survival for survival and be able to go to work and have some food on the table and pay off some outstanding levies. Is anyone going to helpe getting my savings back. When I go onti chatbot, there is no one to assist.
I cancelled my medical aid through discovery. And hda quite abit of savings. They told me that they would check what bank account is on their system., not asking me which bank account I want it to be paid in. I thought that they would have picked up as company who is large enough that am under debt rewiew even with my credit card but still have a savings account with them that they will pay it into my savings account. Yet they decided to pay it into my standard bank account also under debt review and I am not able to access the money to pay off some of my debt. I am told that money that I have paid towards my savings are not eligible that I will get it back but I'd I do I will pay R350 to reverse if they can do that but still not my fault because they did not ask which bank account I want the money to be paid into. Don't think this people know what they are doing. They are just taking and taking, every year they put increases of 10% which was not needed. They need to look after their customers.
Since this app is still in development the past they have done a lot to make it better. Even now easier to install. I love it and for the price you pay I think it's fair. They using it to make things better. My live streams sometimes also buffer but on some channels you can choose between 2 streams. If the one buffers the other one is there as an additional stream. I like waka tv it's a nice thing to have. And what's nice about it they keep adding channels on a monthly basis. Maybe you didn't like it back then you should try it out now.
On the 31 Jan 2024 I bought a OTT voucher online. I could not do it straight from my account so i transfer the amount of R502 to my STD bank virtual card. I then requested the voucher online and the money went off my virtual card. Only to find that the voucher pin was never send to my phone. I logged a call online 3x that day asking their assistance. Only the next day i got and email respond. They said it takes 2 business days because the money was not paid directly into their account but they did attached the transaction. By the next day they requested a pdf bank statement. From using a virtual card one is not able to get statements on a virtual card so i send them 2 screen shot of the transaction but they still refuse up to today which is the 6 Feb 2024 to give me the voucher pin that I purchases. They are now ignoring me and not attending to my request. They will rather ***** the money that was paid from my virtual card than to give me the pin because I can't supply them with a PDF BANK STATEMENT. I am disgusted with their client service.
