Purchased 2 pastas from there earlier, from the Meyersdal store,one vegetarian tik tok and other was Ham and mushroom,worst pastas I ever ate and paid about R360 for the two pastas did not even have enough mushrooms and ham for the price I paid the vegetarian one as well so little ingredients like feta,really disappointed with the amount I spent on these pastas which was really not worth the money,will never support this place again ,daylight *******!

I went to Andiccio24 Randburg on the 13th of October. When I swiped, money came out of my account but on their speed point it declined so I showed them that the money came out but they insisted I pay again. They said they will investigate and call me, when they called they asked that I send my banking statement when that was done they said I should wait for 7 days so it can clear on their side. I kept on calling after that 7 days but until today which is the 04th of November am still wait for my money to be sent back to me.

I ordered a cauliflower base pizza with chicken and feta. The base was very thin, burned and rubbery. Very little topping on the pizza. For the amount you pay for each topping, I would say it is not worth it. It was disappointing.

Fantastic delivery experience. Friendly drivers and prompt email support. I've ordered soups due to having dental surgery and it is helping me with the recovery process. I'll be a regular of theirs having discovered this fantastic franchise. I order from the Rondebosch branch in Cape Town.

Ordered a pizza costing almost R300 from this shop leaving many other brands closer to my house and the food never arrived for my anniversary. Someone called me from the shop to advise that they didn't have the necessary ingredients to complete order and asked him to cancel order and he didn't do that instead asked another restaurant even further away from my place of residence [Menlyn] for order to be delivered at ungodly hours of the night and expect me to be awake and eat dinner near to 00:00 hrs when I had ordered 3 hours earlier. I called in the shop and the very same person said there's nothing he can do refunding and compensate for this terrible client experience. Sorry for my loss. Despite multiple attempts to contact the shop and or, regional manager no communication has been received. Tried contacting support on Uber Eats, only to be met with robotic responses and endless hold times. Absolutely unacceptable service - completely ruined my dinner plans and left me hungry and frustrated. Avoid supporting this franchise at all costs if you have a special occasion or just need your food delivered.

Went into the restaurant in Meyersdal yesterday morning and ordered a Banting pizza to go. Had some weird looks from the staff about not including a tip on an already very expensive pizza. Came back 10 minutes later to collect my pizza and returned home. There I discovered that the pizza base was burnt. A first for me in 5 years of being a loyal customer. Unfortunately not provided with the option of giving a zero rating. Very disappointing!

The pizza was ordered from Greenstone branch and I used Uber eats. The pizza was delivered an hour later, ice cold, rock hard and NO taste at all. I have lodge a complaint with Uber eats with no feedback. The coke that is on the menu is no size indicatiom and a 300ml was delivered and R30 charged !!!! How rediculous, I would have never ordered the coke if I knew that.
