I am disappointed and disgusted in the service I am receiving as a loyal paying MTN client. I upgraded my contract and cancelled the upgrade within the cool off period. I am struggling for 4 months for the upgrade to be reversed so that I can take out a different contract. Apparently within MTN Direct onlt the person who assisted me with the upgrade can cancel thw upgrade. I have been struggling to get Naydine Emanuel from MTN DIRECT to do the cancellation. Further more the insanity of this department ia such that I cannot escalate the issue to her manager...only she can!! I resorted to going in MTN store directly to get this escalated. Her Manager Kim Bason is only available via email and also has not replied to any email. I need my matter resolved as I am paying for the contract with no benefit to justify the cost.
