A client of mine sent a parcel from the USA. He paid for it to be shipped to South Africa within 3 - 5 days. On 13 January I received a text message asking me to send an email wih my ID number or importers code to: [Email Removed]<br> <br> I sent the email. On Friday 15 January I received a call telling me they needed my ID number and a payment of R860. I gave them the ID number again and told them that payments need to be made by the sender who had originally commissioned the order. They then said they would get back to me. <br> <br> According to my client he had phoned them on Saturday and was told that all was in order. <br> <br> Today (19 Jan) I phoned to find out about when I could expect delivery and was told that I had to make payment and that they did not have my ID number. Also, was told that they \were not able to get hold of me". <br> <br> When I said that they need to follow up for payment with the sender"
I just collected my wedding dress after they did some complicated alterations on it. I am so happy! It is perfect.
