Carpet Cleaning at it's best!
Duane from the company Carpet Cleaning was extremely professional and my carpets look amazing. He was fast, efficient, with a great attitude and went above and beyond. I highly recommend him if you need any carpets cleaned.

ADT - Horrendous Service
I signed a new contract with ADT and was promised 2 months free armed response. Never the less, my bank account has been debited for those free months. I spoke to Mary in the financial department on 3 different occasions to rectify this mistake and she said she would call the sales person to correct the mistake. She promised to get back to me. I am still waiting for her call. Tried to get hold of the sales person Anthony. Not getting any response from him. Called the call centre, they say I will be charged 30% to terminate my contract and nothing was said about the 2 months that I have been charged for. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that all the supervisors are too busy to attend to my problem. On top of this, we had an alarm activation and it took ADT 45min to respond. This is unacceptable as we could have been in trouble.The incompetence spread across the entire ADT is horrendous to say the least.
