I did renew my contract with telkom I think April,I was promised that I will receive my package in 2 to 3 days but that was never happened instead after 2 weeks waiting for package wrong package was delivered I waited again for 2 another weeks and no one called to inform me how far, I'm the one who was calling everytime, then I decided to cancel the contract but complains department called they apologize and my new contract was credited With R1380, for me not to cancel the contract the lady did explain to me how is this 1380 going to work meaning I'll have a break of 4 to five months break, I called again customer service service I didn't get any help, I send e mail only after 2 weeks when I get do follow up someone called and firstly I ask about May I was debited 2x R245 and R259 I send email end of May but no response I decided to reverse 245 because I have some debit orders to run to my account and according to me I have one account with telkom and to my surprise my old account I was paying R209 why R245 and R259 and also I thought maybe 1380 is not for consecutive months, I got too many stories from customers service. The last feed back that I received was I was credited 1380 but it was for that incorrect package that was send back but that was not the explanation that I received the time I want to cancel the contract, I called today as I wanted to pay that R245 becouse now I was told that the query is closed and I have to pay R245, now I was told I owe telkom R705 how I don't know. After I renew so many times now the is so many stories and my router is suspended because of my old account, I was told that unfortunately they can't find the recording so I have to pay that R245
i went to woolworths rosebank today to purchase school uniform but the service was very bad firstly the cashier didn't great me and ask me if im paying with my woolworths acc after she called her supervisor after that the supervisor took my card and she just tell the cashier that she is coming i waited for more than 15 minites without explanation after i received the call to 0873100937 and the person just ask me if im in woolworths and which woolworths after the call i wait again for 10 min for the supervisor to come back when she came back she says to me that they have 5% of when you purchase with your card but unfortunately i don't qualify.Please woolworths if the is any problem with my card change it as im not going to allow people to treat me like a thief or fraudstar
