I am very pleased with Ooba
We bought our house through Ooba. Santmay (the lady that was assigned to us) was so very helpful and professional. She always replied emails ASAP and also went an extra mile to get a great deal we could ever expect. She is the kind of a person that will make you feel/realized that she has got your back. If Ooba has an employee of the year award , they should really consider Santmay :).

Worst customer service
The sales lady from pro aluminum & glass has such a bad attitude. I can't remember the last time I was exposed to such hostility. If I was her employees I would fire her ass because the way she spoke you could tell its just the way she does so I'm pretty sure other people were/are treated the same way I was. I even regret wasting my money calling this company. <br> <br> What a rude lady!!!
