Great Service from Cobra Watertech
Great service from Cobra Watertech , You promises are true. 15 years guarantee is really a 15 year guarantee. Just got home to this Bath Spout. They gave me a new one without a hassle. I'm impressed and will continue supporting you.<br> <br> My bath spout was leaking and all I did was call them, they sent their service representative to check it out, and they replaced it with no hassles. This is a company that takes accountability and are responsible for their products.<br> <br> Thank you Cobra

Bad customer service
I would like to share my huge disappointment with Kurt Geiger South Africa particularly the Boulders store in Midrand. I bought a shoe for R1700.00 from this store for work purposes, within 4 months of wearing the shoe it started slightly opening from the side and the front soley of the shoe started wearing off and in turn front part of the shoe started peeling. I then went to report the incident, they then contacted a quality assurance guys and I had to wait for 2 months for an answer while my shoes are still sitting wit them. They didn't even bother to call me, I then went to the store to complain again and they told me that they will track for me the same shoe because it was still under warranty. Another 2 month past and I went again to the store and only to find out that there's a new manager in store and he promised to follow up my incident and he called the previous manager. Guess what? The previous manager denied my case said the quality assured said it was damaged because of negligence . The new manager then promised to setup a meeting with the quality assurer and me, it's been 7 weeks now and I haven't heard a word from them. I'm very disgusted and disappointed by this kin
