Good day , I bought a Scott Spark 960 mountain bike ,new, in 2014 from a Scott dealer in Welkom. After a month my mtb starts breaking rear wheel spokes every time I went on a ride. I spoke to the dealer where I bought the bike and he gave me the number of the Johan Strydom ,the rep of Scott mtb. I sent him a mail on 29 July 2015 regarding my whole situation. He then informed me that Phillip Erasmus handles that department. So I mailed Philip Erasmus of Scott SA regarding my complaint. He informed me to sent photos of my bike as well as the proof of payment from the dealer in Welkom ,of which I did. After that nothing happened , so I keep on mailing Philip Erasmus but without any success. And in the meantime I keep on breaking spokes on my expensive mtb that I bought . Every time repairs cost me a lot of money of which I think is unnecessary. <br> On 31 August 2015 I received an email from Gareth Lee who is the Sales Manager from Scott SA , telling me that he is sorry to hear about my unhappiness regarding service delivery and will look into the matter as mentioned. He asked me to sent the photos of my mtb as well as proof of payment to him, I did and after that nothing happened.
