Not receiving alarm when it goes off.

I phoned them this morning with regards to my alarm that went off. They never phoned me and never sent out a security car to come have a look. When I phoned them they wanted me to test the alarm so I did. They said they never received the alarm on their side. I then asked them what can we do so they said and I quote \Ek weet nie wat ons moet doen nie."USELESS the whole lot of them. If you want to have security"
