I have placed online order 17 August 2024 since then I have not resolved the issues of my order or refund as they have promised, all I received from them via email the will escalate to manament since 16 Of October.. Please be careful on doing business with them they are not reliable
<div>Please do not purchase any motorcycle engine from Clives Bikes SA under Phoenix bike Fundis KZN. I place an order and paid for it on the 25 April 2022. I was informed that the shipment would arrive between 13/17 June 2022. After contacting them **** and **** late June I was informed that the container is at customs. October came and went no motorcycle engine. I was informed they would refund payment, as they can't inform me of the whereabouts of my engine. I have been on the phone every second week for refund payment only to be met with false stories. It's January 23 and still after an email today they have informed they not in control of payment and must wait for Overseas company to refund. </div>
I have been billed for Data usage! I have requested to have my billing investigated only to receive a code report to say all is legit, coded report is not understandable for me to just except this is a valid reason to pay. I have visited George branch many times to sort this outstanding issues out but end up leaving without answers as they need to log an request every time. I have been treated poorly and now legal action is pending! Must I just pay without an explanation? I sure I have the right to an correct answer. I have requested management to call but no one has tried to solve my problem.. I have cancelled my contract due to this poor service! I've been with Autopage<br> since 2003 what poor service for an loyal client for so many years. Thank you from Eric Roux
