Sales representative, Nicky Bulkin approached our company for an rental of printers. Sales rep sent through an quote which was handed over to directors to decide if they would be interested. Nicky phoned me on the 28th of October 2015 at around 9:10am enquiring if we were interested. After I told her the directors were not interested...she called me an BITCH and dropped the phone. As I am an Financial Manager of the company, I will always remember this bad attitude and unfortunately the company, Copy Type, will now bear the bad reputation.
