Do not rent a printer from Copy Type CC
I rented a printer from Copy Type CC but what a bunch of scammers. I clearly asked the lady doing the deal what is the 5 year contract and can I get out of the contract and more than once she replied yes you can get out without any penalty. Now when I want to get out they say that I have to pay the remainder of the term. They also advertise without VAT so when you do the deal you find out that VAT still have to be included. Be very careful getting into business with them as they are not honest and straight forward and like to hide things. When I confronted the man in charge it took him 2 months to reply and his answer was "Sorry for the late reply but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do". I would not recommend them at all and will never refer any client to them. I am busy taking them to the Ombudsman and hopefully they can see that they are dishonest.

STAY AWAY FROM COPY TYPE AND TOSHIBA PRINTERS
Stay away from this company. Their printers are over priced and quality below industry standard. their after sales service is shocking and treats their customers as if they were criminals. our company went through restructuring due to legislative changes and since we defaulted on a couple of payments due to the new changes that affected the country and our business adversely we paid the account in full only to discover our service contract got cancelled prematurely, Now with each service call we are treated like criminals even though weve been a loyal customer for over 8 years DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND GET TIED UP IN A 5 YEAR CONTRACT WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS We have a couple months left on this contract and WE WILLLLLL NEVER RENEW OUR CONTRACT AGAIN

Sales representative, Nicky Bulkin approached our company for an rental of printers. Sales rep sent through an quote which was handed over to directors to decide if they would be interested. Nicky phoned me on the 28th of October 2015 at around 9:10am enquiring if we were interested. After I told her the directors were not interested...she called me an BITCH and dropped the phone. As I am an Financial Manager of the company, I will always remember this bad attitude and unfortunately the company, Copy Type, will now bear the bad reputation.
