Worst Fibre Company Ever.
This company is so bad. I logged a ticket Monday 19 Jan to come and move my line. Today is 26 Jan and nobody fron Frogfoot has even called me yet. Very very bad service.

Poor delivery service.
This company is so bad. I paid for.same delivery but only half the merchandise were delivered. The delivery lady can only sorry that is what it is. I want my money back because why do you pay for same delivery to only get the other half 2 days later.

Poor Rules and Rude People
Very bad experience. I went with my family to the town and I parked in the parking area. The manager came out and asked me if we are going to the restautant. I politely rep**** No we are going to the beach now. He then said they are busy and that I need to move my car out of their parking area. Who was to say that I would not have gone to the restaurant after the beach. But after that rude gesture from the manager I decided not to spend my money at the restaurant. Would not go back to them ever again.

****mers and not being clear regarding their product. Take your money and if you want to get a refund not even 24 hours later, they just say sorry they cannot refund you. Be careful in doing business with them.

BAD BAD SERVICE
I did medicals on 04/04/2023 and had to redo the test again 3 weeks after that. On both occasions there was no result. I asked Ampath to pay back my R 6,000.00 as I cannot pay for something that gives no results. They originally said it takes 7 - 14 working days for the money to pay back to me but now when I spoke with them they said now it takes 14 - 21 working days. This so unprofessional and please do not support them.

FNB BAD SERVICE AND CLIENT CARE!!!
I was on debt counseling until 2021. I paid off all my debt and received my clearance certificate. Since November 2021 until today FNB keeps on declining me for a Credit Card yet my credit score is Good and nothing is red flagging it. Just to find out Monday 28 November 2022 that FNB Credit Card Department placed me under sequestration. I then explained to them that I was not sequestrated but on debt counseling. They then fixed the mistake but keeps on declining me for a Credit Card. Please think twice before you go to FNB as they are not a bank that looks at your personal portfolio but rather choose to departmentalize and do not look at the bigger picture. Now I am going to move my stuff over to another bank who is willing to take me. I do not want to leave FNB but they leave me no choice.

Do not rent a printer from Copy Type CC
I rented a printer from Copy Type CC but what a bunch of scammers. I clearly asked the lady doing the deal what is the 5 year contract and can I get out of the contract and more than once she replied yes you can get out without any penalty. Now when I want to get out they say that I have to pay the remainder of the term. They also advertise without VAT so when you do the deal you find out that VAT still have to be included. Be very careful getting into business with them as they are not honest and straight forward and like to hide things. When I confronted the man in charge it took him 2 months to reply and his answer was "Sorry for the late reply but unfortunately there isn't anything we can do". I would not recommend them at all and will never refer any client to them. I am busy taking them to the Ombudsman and hopefully they can see that they are dishonest.
