PROSPERI TAKE YOUR MONEY ********LY
I have subscribed to Prosperi as I wanted to learn about trading. I paid there premiums for two months. The last month I did not use their platform as I lost my job and could just not concentrate on this. I am activly seeking jobs. They have cancelled my subscription, yet they went and took another month premium from my account after they have cancelled my subscription. I have asked for a refund but they have all different exuisses saying that thet can't refund me after subscription has beencaqncelled and I was active on the account. I WAS NEVER ACTIVE after THEY cancelled my subscription. Please people, do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they are out to take our money!

Refund on cancellation
Good day. I coincidentally came across the advert on Facebook. With not much thought, that to me was a trading and investment opportunity for not so much amount, $19.99 for a start. During subscription process I could not be allowed to ‘skip’ the AI Mentor add-on of $39.00. I went ahead to complete my subscription. Going through the content even on the app, I realized that I was offered a training which I do not need. I had read much about trading but never traded before. I am currently enticed by Bot trading. The problem is that I currently can’t come up with capital of between $250.00 and $500.00. I then cancelled the subscription within an hour. However, I am denied a refund due to some two clauses. I do admit that I went on to use the platform and that the provision is available until 1 November 2024. My request is to be refunded $39.00 of AI Mentor which is an add-on because I hadn’t utilized it, and it can be proven that I did not. We had a to and fro communication but to no avail. My refund request is not for the reasons stated hereunder: Personal reasons (you don’t like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.); Financial reasons (you did not expect that you will be charged, that the trial will be converted into the subscription, that the subscription will automatically renew, or that the services are paid, etc.). The $39.00 is not an ongoing subscription that deducts every month. It is a separate offer. This is why I believe that it should be refunded. I followed this guideline to cancel: If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our website: You can cancel a trial or subscription by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in your account before the end of the trial or then-current subscription or by contacting our support through the Support Center. As you can see, I cancelled subscription, a monthly premium. The once off AI Mentor should be refunded.

WARNING: Avoid this bunch of you care about your money
If I could, I would have rated this bunch 0 stars. The so-called 'expert guide' is a 12-page .pdf document, of which 70% are pictures and content that a high school child could have compiled using ChatGPT. The Trade Simulator is buggy, unintuitive, and functions illogical, with no online help. When bugs are reported, useless, repetitive anonymous messages are provided. No one I interacted with had a name - I communicated with nameless shadows. A 30-day money-back guarantee is prominently displayed before enrolling. When the bugs and illogical user interface drive you mad, and you decide to call on the 30-day money-back guarantee, only the cheapest transaction is selected and partially refunded. They refused to honour their money-back guarantee. Which is the reason I call them dishonest ****s. No one has a name, and all communication is from a user name, "support." Stay away from this dishonest bunch; don't waste your money!

You don’t make money, but you learn how to make money
Educational and fun where you compete for badges and **** dollars for paper trading. I learned heaps and it’s very reasonably priced. I didn’t do the entire course and my billing cycle Ended and I was looking to save some money so I didn’t renew it. No problem It was all legitimate I did not make any money from Prosperi so I can’t understand why they app the ad says that you will make any money Little alone thousands of dollars It didn’t seem to lead me to a broker platform I’m not sure I’m a bit confused about that but there was this Mitrade app that I have downloaded at some point and I’m not sure if it was because of Prosperi. Anyway, I stopped at actually investing money with that app but maybe will look into it It was a good experience overall

This information is very basic and not very helpful. Also, they sign you up for recurring charges that are twice the rate you agreed to for the first month. It is very hard to cancel unless you are diligent, and they will not refund the charges even if you haven't been using the site. I would not recommend using them.
