I have deposit R1000 inhto my account and more than 3 hours later, the money is still not refecting in my account. Customer service is useless, I wrote 2 emails with the POP attached, but I do not get any feedback from them.
The facts are as follows: 1. Vodacom cut my line on the 2nd of September due to non-payment. According to them my account was in arrears. I explained to them and sent them screenshots of a conversation with their TOBI who confirmed that my account was up to date. Eventually they issued a credit to my account and confirmed that my account was up to date. Then on the 2nd of September they cut my line. I then explained that I have received my salary late as my employer bank with Nedbank and I with FNB. Since when do Vodacom cut lines on the 2nd of a month, as far as I know each person has legally the right to pay accounts until their 7th of each month. 2. Secondly, when I paid my account on the 02nd of September, my account was up to date. I have received this invoice and statement on the 9th of September 2025 which clearly indicated that I still owe another R1565.99. This differs again from the statement that I have received from Vodacom on the 26t of August 2026, which also states that my account was up to date. I really believe that Vodacom can't be trusted anymore and that I need to take this further. I have a contract with Vodacom and I belief that I have the right to ask a question if my account is wrong, but instead Vodacom chosen to ignored a customer who was loyal for more than 27 years.
I am SO DISAPPOINTED IN CHECKERS!!!!!!!!!. I placed an order with Sixty Sixty on 4 February 2025 at 17H21 and Checkers promised to deliver my order by 18H19. The driver came to my door and one of the bags were broken. He said that he is going back to replaced the broken items and will deliver but I was not allowed to open the bags. After a while he came back, said that Checkers will refund me and took the bags!!! I have guests tonight, I can't serve them any food or drinks. I think the service I got tonight is disgusting!! Then the store put a comment on the app saying I did reject the order, WHICH IS APPSOLUTELY FALSE!!!! It is now 19H32, the store have not refunded me! Like I said, I am now without money or any food to serve my guests. I will furthermore tell anybody that wants to hear about my experience with Checkers this story.
And Hollywoodbets did it again!!!!!!!!! I deposit R950 in my account, My money was not reflecting in my account so I first tried the chat line. I was holding on more than 20 minutes and had ZERO response from a consultant. I then phoned there customer care only to tell me that I wad CALLER NUMBER 60 IN THE ROW. Evetually I was told that their system is down again. I HAVE ASK THE CONSULTANT WHY THEY KEEP ON TAKING PEOPLE'S MONEY AND NOT TELLING PEOPLE THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN BEFORE TAKING A DEPOSIT. I mean, they CAN PUT A NOTIFICATION on the website warning people that the system is down. I will now wait and see when of IF MY DEPOSIT will reflect. I REALLY NEED OT WARN PEOPLE AGAINST THIS SITE!!!!!!
My emails was not working from the beginning of November until the 14th of November because Host Africa changed the server! As a result of this I have lost business. I am a private caterer and rely on my emails for orders. I had to be patient and wait for them to fix this. Then yesterday out of the blue I received a threatening email from them saying that my account is suspended and that they are going to delete my account because of non payment. I have send them the POP for 1 November 2024. They then came back to me saying there was an unpaid premium for October 2024. Now Host Africa is taking debit orders every month. If the debit or5der did not went of on the 1st of October, why did they not take a double premium in November????? I do not even have baking details as my payment is per debit order. So PLEASE just run another debit order TONIGHT for your outstanding premium BUT I WANT HOST AFRICA TO TAKE RESPONSIBLILITY FOR LEAVING ME WITHOUT A IMPORTANT WORKING TOOL FOR 2 WEEKS!!!!
I have subscribed to Prosperi as I wanted to learn about trading. I paid there premiums for two months. The last month I did not use their platform as I lost my job and could just not concentrate on this. I am activly seeking jobs. They have cancelled my subscription, yet they went and took another month premium from my account after they have cancelled my subscription. I have asked for a refund but they have all different exuisses saying that thet can't refund me after subscription has beencaqncelled and I was active on the account. I WAS NEVER ACTIVE after THEY cancelled my subscription. Please people, do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they are out to take our money!
I keep on loosing games and money as there are always an issue. You cannot make any progress becaue of the following reasons: 1. I can't complete games because of server down. 2. My deposit does not show 3. Bet cannot be paced (4815) 4. Authentication error(4703) Close the game and try again. 5. Operation cannot be executed (4816) 6. Bet cannot be placed (4815) - There was money available to place the bet. Eventhough there was money. I do not see this is legal or fair, ax I am ALWAYS in the losing end. If I try to contact chat agent, they tell me to clear browsing data. I have send them screenshots that there ae no data to be cleared and then I get disconnected from a chat.. Since last night they had issues with depositos. And still they encourage people to make deposito's or "Top Up"eventhough they know they cannot provide a service. This in not ethical.
I spoke to Zolani. What a friendly and effective person who helped me sort out my problems. He is really an asset for HOSTAFRICA.
