I've been a One Plan Health customer for more than three years, and I am satisfied with its Health Insurance. I dealt with Kopano Makgeledise today via their WhatsApp channel. She helped me and was very friendly and patient. It was a great experience to receive excellent customer service! Thank you, Kopano. The only thing that can be improved is having more agents available to prevent waiting 20 minutes for an agent to attend to a service request.
Never before have I received such pathetic service from a financial company. I have been trying to get a pension fund value from this bunch for the past 3 months without any success. The advertised e-mail and WhatsApp channels are totally dysfunctional. The only option is the call centre and when phoning I have to wait at least 25 minutes for an agent to answer the call. The clarity of the phone line is so bad that I can nearly hear the agent. Some of the agents speak with an accent that is extremely difficult to understand. Then I got, "Please hold the line while I access the system." After 10 more minutes, the call dropped, and I had to start waiting again. Today is 7 October 2024, and I have been trying to obtain the fund value of an unclaimed benefit since July 2024. In 3 months, I have not been able to get an answer from this company. This is the status quo for the past 3 months, not only a single occurrence.
If I could, I would have rated this bunch 0 stars. The so-called 'expert guide' is a 12-page .pdf document, of which 70% are pictures and content that a high school child could have compiled using ChatGPT. The Trade Simulator is buggy, unintuitive, and functions illogical, with no online help. When bugs are reported, useless, repetitive anonymous messages are provided. No one I interacted with had a name - I communicated with nameless shadows. A 30-day money-back guarantee is prominently displayed before enrolling. When the bugs and illogical user interface drive you mad, and you decide to call on the 30-day money-back guarantee, only the cheapest transaction is selected and partially refunded. They refused to honour their money-back guarantee. Which is the reason I call them dishonest ****s. No one has a name, and all communication is from a user name, "support." Stay away from this dishonest bunch; don't waste your money!
I really expected more from Snatcher, but the following are my main concerns/issues: 1. Products are ordered and paid for, and then after a long time, andmultiple enquiries, it was said to be out of stock and not shipped. (I was refunded, though). 2. It took a long time (more than 10 days to process my order before my shipment was dispatched. 3. No communication if there are delays, the customer doesn't follow up, things are just delayed in silence. It starts to appear like a drop shipping endeavour with limited local stock.
