Stay away from this company. Their printers are over priced and quality below industry standard.

their after sales service is shocking and treats their customers as if they were criminals.

our company went through restructuring due to legislative changes and since we defaulted on a couple of payments due to the new changes that affected the country and our business adversely we paid the account in full only to discover our service contract got cancelled prematurely,

Now with each service call we are treated like criminals even though weve been a loyal customer for over 8 years

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND GET TIED UP IN A 5 YEAR CONTRACT WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS

We have a couple months left on this contract and WE WILLLLLL NEVER RENEW OUR CONTRACT AGAIN
