online banking
i changed over to capitec from another bank and was promised beter service and customer satisfaction.. i asked for my banking internet and telephone to be activated in the bank, now when i want to pay accounts i cant log in and have to go into the branch.. i work long hours and have kids so cant go to the bank again.. now i cant pay my kids school fees as the banking wasnt done like asked when i went to the bank, neither my telephone banking, what a great start.. make me want to switch back already

double debit order
how can capitec deside to deduct two accounts on month end for debit order, when i applied for my loan i stated that i get paid last day of the month, capitec deside my debit order must go off on the 29th. now you deduct two payment in one month on two sep banks wtf?<br> <br> i want my money back.. worst service bank ever
