just a thank you to Mr Mzwandile Masuku Rosebank College Sales manager and team for going the xtra Mile to ensure that the Online Students issues gets resolved. there was/is a lot of teething problems from the word go, and the following was needs to be addressed: - Call center agents should be aligned and standard set so students don't get different answers from different agents, please explain to agents, if one registrar online, I do not want to be told to drive all the way to Braamfontein for a question than can easily be answered online. the reason for online is that one cannot or do not have the time to go to campus. - On your web, 1st registration page , ensure to add not just campuses but also Off Campus institutes where students can write exams so they can choose the correct one from the beginning , reducing lots of stress for subjects that must be written at campus, some are hours away from nearest campus. - Change online payment method to be more user friendly but also send proper tax invoices to students to pay correct amount. currently system, one need to pay Module by Module and the system gets confused. - Should there be any o/s balance, please send statements on time, don't wait 6 months down the line . - There is a introduction session but it is so overwhelmed and it just goes on for hours, most students leave the meeting , I suggest a introduction session where the students actively page through your web and show them where and how to log a ticket, where to look for assignments etc. what ever may cause confusion, show them how the system works. thank you for taking the time to call me and discuss the issues, there is light at the end of the tunnel. lets hope semester 2 will run smooth.
Yet again. is there any way for the online students to get hold of MANAGEMENT.. there is absolute no standard among the lecturers. No support, Nobody know what is going on, how on earth do you get constant assignments. loading them at midnight and expect it to be done within 24 hrs. does Rosebank college understand the meaning of ONLINE.. it means , one sleep at midnight. wake up and go to work. back at home and dealing with kids , where must one get time to do the assignment. how many assignments do you want per subject, .. when must the online students find time to study, Rosebank is a disaster. please go to Boston and see how things gets done. they give max 2 assignments in beginning of year with a closing date.. enough time for students to work and study in balance. so after paying on your not friendly at all system, I CALLLLLLLED.. TO ASK IF THERE IS ANY AMOUNT O/S.. they told me, all sorted. NOW I get a statement to say I still owe. nothing works at Rosebank, every single day we face new challenges. So we registrar for online.. it means. one write online... WHAT HAPPENS at Rosebank, the students must drive out to Campus to write. some students are not near a campus, can you see how many students dropping out.. not because they want to, but because Rosebank got no idea what they are doing, and try to call somebody. , but call Boston. 2 rings and you are sorted. so guess where we will be going to. I wasted my money , I suggest management get their act together , if management lack knowledge to run the college it will down spiral to rest , YOUR LECTURERS ARE UNHAPPPPPYYYY.. and then they make the students UNHAPPPPPYYY.. get is.. now sort is.. Im so tired,every single day to get poor/no/ unprofessional/different info/ No info/ No service/ from Rosebank
Good day. maybe by sending message via Hello Peter will I somehow be able to get in contact with Rosebank Braamfontein, it is a nightmare, to register first time,, no problem, they answer phones, from there on,,you are on your own. the projects send out last minute. Does Rosebank understand the reason for Online.. one must work, got busy live and then receive last minute projects with little time and even less help.. Is there some supervisor or manager that can call me.. My daughter is studying via Rosebank. he referencing for the projects is a nightmare as not one lecturer say the same thing. The lecturers does not answer the students concerns, this is not school, we pay a hell of a lot of money , but I think we must look for new college as this is first year and it is chaos already.. my child's economic project must be in tonight, she re did it x 3 already due to the lack of response and the lack of information. Call me , I am not a happy parent. how on earth must one have a day time job and the play guessing games on what to do.. give clear instructions, give more time for projects. PLEASE NOTE this is not only economics,, but all her other subjects.. she is just currently busy with economics , only reason why I specify.. must be in tonight.. been working on it for days and non the wiser on what to do. can the Economic lecturer please call me
Sell - SA Software: I was very afraid to purchase online software but I saw all the reviews and decided to take a change. Well was I surprise. took few days for me to understand communication due to my Challenges with Technology but Sell SA and Seller of software was there all the way. Lawrence was brilliant, and I was a serious challenge most of the time but Lawrence did not give up. he was professional all the way and friendly. Thank you to both companies. would give a 10 star rating if possible. I will def. purchase again from you. take care
I requested on application form and called Eddie to ensure different lock but this was not done so I requested for lock to be changed! It is now few months this later and still to service!. I made few arrangements that made me racing home after work but installers ran late and cancelled! Arranged on 26 Oct and I told them there will be somebody but instead phoned me and I missed call so they decided to go pass! I called Eddie and he gave me no change to speak , shouted at me that he no longer want to deal with me and he PAID the guys 3 times and they stood in font of my gate , and put phone down in my ear. The guys called me and never drove to my house. I just hope the quality of his product is better than his service. Stay away from this company. He clearly don't realize he needs customers to stay in business, feel sorry for his staff, what an arrogant lying person
