Hi. My claim number is 892373. I was involved in an accident where the third party was at fault on 24 July 2015.<br> My excess was R5000 and it still hasn't been recovered. This is taking too long and Melissa keeps on saying its out of her hands. Why doesn't Hollard make more of an effort to help clients? That's a lot of money and it was for someone else's mistake
WE ARRANGED TO RENT A CARAVAN FROM LEISURE AUTO SALES AND PAID THE DAILY RENTAL FEE AS WELL AS A R5000 DEPOSIT. WE COLLECTED THE CARAVAN AND ON ARRIVAL AT OUR DESTINATION, WE OPENED THE CARAVAN AND INSPECTED EVERYTHING. IT WAS DIRTY, IT HAD BROKEN CURTAIN RAILS, 1 GAS PLATE COVER, A TORN MOSQUITO NET AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, ABOUT 15 MINUTES AFTER WE PARKED THE CARAVAN, THE FRONT WINDOW SLIPPED OUT AND BROKE. THESE LIARS ARE NOW SAYING IT WAS OUR FAULT AND THAT WE FORCED THE WINDOW OUT. THEY OBVIOUSLY THINK WE ARE A BUNCH OF MONKEY'S!!! WHY WOULD WE DO SUCH A STUPID THING. WE HAVE 3 KIDS AND WE RENTED THIS CARAVAN TO ENJOY THE START OF A NICE HOLIDAY. WE WANTED IT TO BE AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE, SO WHY ON EARTH WOULD WE RIP OUT A WINDOW AND MAKE IT AN UNPLEASANT HOLIDAY. THEY ARE NOW REFUSING TO GIVE BACK OUR DEPOSIT AND BASICALLY TAKING THE FOOD OUT OF CHILDREN'S MOUTHS THIS CHRISTMAS. WE HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE HOW WORN OUT THE WINDOW WAS AS WELL AS AN SMS TELLING US IT'S NORMAL, THE WINDOW JUST SLIDES BACK IN. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS...THEY ARE LIARS AND SHOULD NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS. THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A BUSINESS!!!
Hi.<br> I brought a brand new bakkie in June and I was involved in an accident on 24 July 2015. My bakkie was \repaired"by proline panelbeaters and after 3 failed attempts ending in Septempber I said no more. Then after a long fight the assessors sent it to Renew-it panelbeaters(same group) on 19th October to rectify Proline's mistakes. After 2 more weeks without it I got an e-mail saying its done. I went to have a look at the repairs and I was shocked to see the colour on my bumper being different to the colour of the rest of the car. The grill is also broken and the repairs are now running up to R180 000. My R500 000 bakkie has now been reduced to scrap metal because of all the back and forth to fix previous fixes. And now the assessing team leader Freek is ignoring me because I don't want to send my bakkie back to renew-it. Hollard is now making it my problem that they're service providers cant do their jobs properly. When am I going to enjoy my bakkie?"""
