I have applied for an online MTN upgrade which was approved. This was done on the 26th November 2020, and have upto now 24th December 2020 had no communication for any agent, no delivery and no upgrade. After 5 calls th MTN call centre with no resolution, I was given rewardsco telephone number, but cannot for the life of me get through to. Disgusting service from both MTN and Rewardsco. I am ready to terminate my MTN contract which has been active since the '90s!!!!!
At 1am in the morning, the alarm goes off in the office - the security company phones to inform of the activation. The contract is only for alarm monitoring, and not armed response, but when asked if a response vehicle could meet me at the office, the operator agrees to the assistance, and the vehicle is despatched. <br> <br> Thank you Msec for going the extra mile, and realising the crime situation, offering great service over and above a contractual agreement!!
After deciding to transfer my wifes mobile account from the predominant supplier to MTN, She submitted the required documentation, and was told it would take 4 days.....very long story shortened - after a week of HER always phoning MTN for an update, the application rejected and re-submitted, she was told that she could only afford a credit limit of R96! After having a cell contract for more than 15 years, she gets insulted with a credit limit of R96! She tore up the application from in front of the sales person, who was absolutely of no help at all, and took her business to another service provider.
