We bought a watch for R250 on Fryday 31 Oct 2015, and gave it to my 13 year old son for his birthday. He had it on for 5 minutes when the watch fell to the ground. It had broken where the pin goes into the little whole to fasten it. We put it back in the packaging with the slip. When we wanted to return it on Monday 02 Nov 15, they told us it was our fault due to misuse. They wil speak to the owner before making a decision. Today, 06 Nov , Jackie yelled at my husband, claiming we broke the watch and they wil not give a refund for it! The attitude was really bad and we still have no closure on this matter. The service is terrible and we basicly just lost our money because they refuse to provide us with the contact details for the owner or to phone her when we request it.
