I took my TV in to TV Tronics, Brits NW to have the backlights replaced. Received back and only had for a few days and the same thing happened again. Spoke to owner who had lot to say that I should have replaced all the lights instead of the ones that was blown. I again paid and received Tv back after 2 days. TV only played for 2 hours before having lots of lines and dots on screen. Owner now blocked my phone number after I queried him regarding it.

I've taken my TV in for repair at TV Tronics Brits North West. My went in and the owner told my husband that he can fix it for us. We need to pay a certain amount. We paid the amount and a few days later received our TV back. Only to have it a week and have the same issue as as before and when I took it back the technition told me that they have set somethin to high that is why is broke again. They fixed the TV again and after a week it broke again. I took my TV in on 26-08-2021 and up untill today have not received my TV back. When I enquire I just get feedback No Sorry No Feedback yet. I just wnat my TV fixed or my money back. It cannot go on like this.

Terrible customer service, with the most rude, unprofessional and unskilled personnel. Owner of established is just as unprofessional.

I took my tv set(Samsung) for repairs at Tv Tronics in Brits-NW.Two weeks later they called me to let me know that the issue with the tv is due to the faulty Led light,I was asked to pay for the deposit before they can carry out the repair, to which I paid immediately. A month went by without any update and when I enquired,I was told that they are still waiting for the part they ordered from the Samsung supplier.Another month went by and still no news. I finally told the owner of Tv Tronics that I want my tv and deposit because he said the supplier has still not supplied the part he ordered.Louwjie,who is the owner is now giving me the run around with my deposit and he is now telling me stories about the supplier who has still not returned the money or as his wife recently told me that they have cash flow problems.I just want my money back sincewell they failed to fix my tv.

We bought a watch for R250 on Fryday 31 Oct 2015, and gave it to my 13 year old son for his birthday. He had it on for 5 minutes when the watch fell to the ground. It had broken where the pin goes into the little whole to fasten it. We put it back in the packaging with the slip. When we wanted to return it on Monday 02 Nov 15, they told us it was our fault due to misuse. They wil speak to the owner before making a decision. Today, 06 Nov , Jackie yelled at my husband, claiming we broke the watch and they wil not give a refund for it! The attitude was really bad and we still have no closure on this matter. The service is terrible and we basicly just lost our money because they refuse to provide us with the contact details for the owner or to phone her when we request it.
