I ordered sneakers from these ****mers on the 5th of December against my better judgment. I saw their Instagram profile and due to their high number of followers, I was convinced that they are legit. Instant red flag, they have a personal email account and Whatsapp number where you'd call and never get a response. Zero communication about my order. They sent an email about a backlog three weeks after I made the purchase and I'm still waiting. I am beyond angry at this type of service not knowing if I will ever get the sneakers or my money back. I don't care about their logistics challenges, I want what's due to me.
I made my first claim a little over three weeks ago for a damaged bumper and lights. The first hassle I had was with the panel beaters because they simply did not update me on anything unless I was the one who called. I called the insurance yesterday to complain about this bad service and they resolved it with the panel beater and i was informed that i will get a call from them with regards to the progress of my repairs. The panel beaters called and informed me that the supplier the ordered the replacement parts from does not currently have stock and they are closing for the holidays next week, hence there is no guarantee that they will even get the parts before they close. He further went and said that the parts that 1st for women authorized were 2nd hand and counterfeit, and maybe if they have authorized genuine parts, they would have got those from another supplier. Dumbfounded by this claim that my car, that i diligently pay full premiums for monthly will now have fake parts on it and i would not have known about it left me confused. I requested a call back from 1st for women yesterday, the consultant i spoke to didn't offer much help and told me that the person who authorized the parts is not available and they will call me back. I am still waiting for answers 1st for women. This is delaying the process of getting my car fixed before the Christmas holidays. I am beyond disappointed by the poor service I'm receiving on this because it doesn't seem like you are taking this as serious as i am. Please correct this, do your part and ensure that the replacement parts that will be fitted on my car are genuine parts.
I took my tv set(Samsung) for repairs at Tv Tronics in Brits-NW.Two weeks later they called me to let me know that the issue with the tv is due to the faulty Led light,I was asked to pay for the deposit before they can carry out the repair, to which I paid immediately. A month went by without any update and when I enquired,I was told that they are still waiting for the part they ordered from the Samsung supplier.Another month went by and still no news. I finally told the owner of Tv Tronics that I want my tv and deposit because he said the supplier has still not supplied the part he ordered.Louwjie, who is the owner is now giving me the run around with my deposit and he is now telling me stories about the supplier who has still not returned the money or as his wife recently told me that they have cash flow problems.I just want my money back sincewell they failed to fix my tv.
I own a renault clio IV 2013 model. Last Wednesday I noticed that my boot was stuck in the locked position and the front and back doors did not lock.I contacted the Renault branch in Bethal-Mpumalanga,they advised me to bring the car in so that they can check.About 15min or so,the technician told me that I will need to book the car in for a couple of hours because he tried re-programming the car without success.I booked it in for friday,6hrs later I called them to find out if they sorted out the issue. They told me that I needed to replace the computer box which will cost me R11 000.Puzzled at this figure and how minor the issue was I told them I don't want them to order the part and I will come fetch my car.The next day I travelled more than 90kms to a Renault centre in the East Rand-Boksburg.I didn't make an appointment but I was desperate because I couldn't fill up fuel, the petrol cap was also stuck in the locked position. The technician kindly took my car into the workshop and he came out 15min later with my car,all the doors could now lock and unlock. He didn't even want payment for his efforts. He said the issue was caused by a faulty fuse.Filled with relief and anger I ask myself why did the technician at the other workshop want to rip me off in that manner. Was there a proper diagnosis done on my car or not?I'm completely appalled by their service and incompetence. This goes to show that they rip off customers who don't ask questions and are not clued up about cars.I however applaud the gentleman who assisted me in Boksburg,I really admire his technical s****s.
