No Feedback and given the run around
Purchased a LG Washing Machine on Higher purchase, took out all the necessary extended warranties etc.. When the washing machine actually did need repair, they came and collected the machine, no problem, great service! I am now waiting 3 weeks and counting for the return. When I called the branch in Bronkhorstspruit, the response that I received was that they are waiting for the part. Fine, I waited another week. When I called the branch again, only the branch manager could assist, but she was always out. When I went into the branch, the branch manager was very rude, obnoxious and unfriendly and to mention that they have not yet submitted the claim. Waiting for the part? What happened to that all of a sudden? I laid a complaint against her at the heard office, not to have anything happen, OBVIOUSLY!. I got a call from head office telling me that they will resolve the matter. Still waiting. I would like my washing machine back as this is taking too long in the same decent state that it was taken away in. How much longer must I wait? If I had to take my washing machine to a local repairer, then it would of taken maybe a week at the most, but 3 weeks is insane.
