Unauthorised transaction Transactions by "Mac and Things" & RMB/FNB’s System Failure I am absolutely devastated by the deductions from my bank account by a company called Mac and Things. I have never authorized any payments to them, yet they have managed to withdraw money from my account without my consent. The most frustrating part is that RMB/FNB's system allows this to happen! A secure banking system should not permit unauthorized transactions. It is unacceptable that ****mers can simply deduct money without explicit approval from the account holder. This is a clear failure on FNB's part, and they need to take responsibility. I demand a full refund for the ****** amount and immediate action to prevent this from happening to anyone else. RMB/FNB needs to overhaul their security measures to ensure that unauthorised deductions are blocked before they happen. A bank should protect its customers. If you bank with FNB, I urge you to check your statements regularly and report any suspicious deductions. This kind of negligence cannot continue!

Life Carstenhof hospital, rejected me when I had an emergency with my pregnancy, I was in pains and cramps. I arrived at the hospital few minutes pass 18:00 the lady at the front desk told me I need a letter from the GP, I told her at this time of the night where will I get the GP, hence I came to the hospital for urgent assistance. It was the 14th May 2020, when I was rejected and I had to call my Gynecologist and he said go to Life Brenthurst Hospital since Life Carstenhof is rejecting you. We arrived at Carstenhof in time, they could have helped me but NO and we lost our baby. I was 4 months pregnant, the people working at Carstenhof have no sense of urgency nor not willing to help. Life Brenthurst hospital admitted me and helped me urgently without any difficulties with the same medical aid. But unfortunately, we were a bit late to safe the baby because we started at Life Carstenhof hospital that rejected me and is pity Discovery call centre was closed at that timr to have them verified my issue of being rejected. Life Carstenhof wanted us to pay cash for everything!
