Spark school worst service ever
I made an application for grade 1 2026 last year and I made a application fee and one month school fees of R4220 on the 19 of March 2025 now I am receiving emails every two weeks telling me that I owe this amount. I have sent multiple emails with POP to Lerato Masilo and till this date she still has not updated the account and worse of it all they are charging me interest. This this just a month of my child being at this school and I am already experiencing problems. Spark finance department staff have no respect for parents. What I hate most is that this Lerato lady has ignored all my messages and when I call and ask for management, I am always told that they are unavailable. I wish I had taken my daughter to another school honestly spark schools have no respect for parents

Failed order delivery and horrible customer service
I have received the worst service at CTM. I ordered tiles over a month ago and still have not received my delivery. The online manager, Busi is always making empty promises. The service is horrible especially for a large company like CTM. Customers are not respected.

Cell C paid up account
I have been receiving messages saying I owe Cell C and that account was paid in 2017 now Saya's has put a cell c default on my credit bureau and I am currently busy with a job recruitment process. I am really ****ed at this company as it's buying old debts and not verifying if the clients have paid before listing them

Tanker services driver damaged my car
On the 30 September 2015, tanker services truck hit my car just before the N1 off ramp in Strijdom park, i reported the incident and the manager of the driver promised that the company will pay for the damages. i provided them with all the documents they required and they told me they will get back to me once the claim has been processed, ever since i have been the one calling wanting to know whats going on but they were referring me from one person to another. for the past two weeks they were telling me that Johannes has the final say and when i called him he told me that i am not suppose to call him Hannelie is the one handling the case, i called Hannelie and she told me that she cant do anything until Johannes gives her a go ahead, she advised that she send him urgent emails but he still did not reply to them. i sent a email yesterday and no one replied to the email.
