We bought a ford kuga from Kia four ways.. The sales rep was Trust and he assured us the car was excellent purchase and all checks where done.. We have had the car 4 months and it has LIVED at ford doughlasdale getting fixed and one thing after another broke or rattled loose. Then i asked them to take the ford back and we would buy a Kia and said they must do a deal as this sales was a Bad Egg. They informed us the best they could get for the Kuga from douglasdale was R170k and guess what.. We got R200k from the exact place for the kuga. The problem is since we asked them to HELP they have done nothing. Not even gotten back to us to see what deal they can do for us and how they can help.. We put all our money into the Kuga and now we are loosing money, trading it in for another car so we can be safe, as we have just had a baby and this kuga broke down last week and also the accelerator got stuck in the rev position and we almost killed ourselves.. Bad service and won't ever buy a car from them or Kia.. Treat people like you want to be treated is what they need to learn!!!
I have branded 5 of my company vehicles with Graffiti and I just found their service after they have wrapped the vehicles, very poor.. They have outstanding repairs to do and never get back to us on when it will be completed.. I have spoken to the owner and was passed from one rep to another and still the service is terrible...
