I went to Pnpay Westonarea today, 28 April 2020, i wanted to buy a Dragon energy drink. I went to the fridges at the back, but there was only OSwitch in the fridge, wherefor i took one tin to pay in front at the tillpoints. When i came in the front i saw there is Dragon tins in the small fridges at the till points. I took the OSwitch tin back and put it in the fridge where i took it from to take a Dragon in the front. I never just drop stuff in between shelves or so. After taking the Dragon i qued to pay for it, reaching the cashier, i was very rudely confronted by the owner, Mr Dan (dont know his surname) accusing me of stealing, drinking dragon in the shop, in front of everybody at the buzy tillpoints, i did not steal or drink anything in Pick n Pay! I told him i never did such a thing, and told him that i took the switch back to the fridge i took it from to take a dragon in the front, he still went on accusing me and freeking me for stealing and he saw it on the camera. I told my father who waited in the car for me what happened, he went to ask to see the video footage, whereas he was told "they are busy with the footage" and cant show him now. My father and i went to the police station to report the matter and open a case of false accuzations against Pnp. I also contacted my lawyer to take this matter further and sue Pick n Pay for definition of caracter. At least if he suspected me of something he should have dealt with it in a proper manner, now everybody in the shop must think i am a thieve. I am not happy about this at all, informed all my friends and family as well regarding what happened, and they will also tell over NOT to buy at pnp anymore! And will also send via social media regarding this! There was also a previous incident about Mr Dan accusing a police officer of the law of stealing, and also in a inpropriate manner. That is totally unexeptable!
THIS IS AGAIN COMPLAIN ABOUT MTN NETWORK COVERAGE. I HAVE COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES THROUGH THE MEDIA, BUT WE AS HILLSHAVEN COMUNITY, STILL HAVE NO NETWORK COVERAGE. THIS IS FOR THE SECOND YEAR NOW!! EVERY TIME WE PHONE MTN, THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE BUZY FIXING THE PROBLEM, BUT HOW LONG IS IT GOING TO TAKE STILL? LOOKS LIKE MTN DOES NOT NEED ANY KLIENTS FOR THEIR NETWORK! IT IS SO VERY BAD MTN, YOU ARE A DISGRACE! NO FUN IN HAVING MTN NETWORK. IF PEOPLE HEAR I AM ON MTN, THEY TELL ME I AM CRAZY BECAUSE MTN DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS AND NEVER HAVE ANY SIGNAL. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SATISFY YOUR CLIENTS MTN? THOUGHT AFTER YOUR BAD PUBLICATION ON TELEVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE SHAPED UP??? CAN YOU TRY AND SPEED UP YOUR FIXING OF THE BROKEN TOWER IN HILLSHAVEN PLEASE!!!!!
I am staying in the Hillshaven area, and ever since mobile phones came out, my family and I used MTN network. They went on strike in the beginning of the year and since then we are experiencing trouble with network coverage. It is not that bad when we are in another area, but at home residential area, NO NETWORK!!! they have changed their contact numbers so no one could phone to complain. only in November I got a number off of the internet for MTN Network coverage. They said the mtn tower is broken and they will come fix it soon. the thing is they never come or make a plan to fix the tower. We have lodged complains, I gave the number to everyone in our area, who also complained about it. Still!! NO SERVICE. we are loosing our data on our Ipads, our airtime gets wasted trying to phone out, we have lost business and money through this! if we have an emergency, we try to call someone, but have to run around everywhere to get signal coverage! it is really bad of such a good network. Can they just come fix the tower or take it down to make space for Vodacom's tower?? A FULL YEAR BATTLING WITH NETWORK COVERAGE!!! THATS VERY BAD MTN! HOW LONG STILL?
I work for the mine as the Swimmingpool caretaker for 5 years, and was on a fix term contract. The beginning of Jan 2015, my contract was not renewed, and I was told that my area of responsibility is going to be looked at and improved, Im going to have more responsibility. So, my contract was not renewed then. Every month I still get my salary from the mine. I went to the offices where I was told that I am no longer needed and refused to pay me my monthly salary. I know by law that a employee can not be chased away just like that. I still got my salary every month, I asked to be signed on as permanent and put in another position - as stipulated in my contract, but with no avail. I handed in time sheets every month, and did not get paid overtime and weekends and public holidays, it needs to be paid out to me, but Mr Nkisi refuses to pay me. He gave me 1 months notice and I will get 2 months salary with my leave pay. After tax there will hardly be enough money left . I think I am entitled to all my money I have worked for, then I will leave the mine. I also emailed Nick Holland, CEO, but no answer as yet. It is discrimination and unlawful practice!!
