<p>I booked my ****les (3) in for repair on 4 April 2016 (yes one year ago) till date I have recieved no communication back from them...A few months ago I went into store to follow up on repairs and they said they will call me...still no call...on the 4 April 2017 I went into store again to follow up...after standing in a que, all they did was write a number down on my orginal documentation for Vodacom repair centre. I phoned the call centre and they checked there system and said that it shows it is in the Branch I booked it in at (Vodacom Cape Gate) and said they cant help and I need to go back there. I again stood in a que and then the Manager Ulrich helped me this time...took down the job numbers and said would call me in 24hrs...no call to date. on the 5th April I logged a call with Vodacom customer care explaining the issue...they said that it will take 24hrs for me to get a responce. The following day I got a sms asking if issue was resolved and if not to sms "NO" back. I did sms "NO" back. I got a sms saying it will take 24hrs to get a response. The 24hrs has passed again and still no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried resolving this with all the option that Vodacom has given to me. Non of these options work as it is suprising how no one in a telephone company can just return a call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
I opened an account with them and supplied all necessary required docs...they where fully aware of what my business does...I am a chain of retail stores. I then have purchased from them on more than one occasion no issue.<br> <br> Placed a order today and he (the MD) decided with no notice that I no longer qualify to purchase there (NO CHANGE FROM MY SIDE) and closed my account with no notice...The MD not sure of his name made this decision while they where processing my order after I had paid and then told them to cancel it.<br> <br> I returned to collect my order to then be told all this...the MD stood arms length from me while he personally did the refund...did not even greet or try and explain the situation better...the least would have been to let todays orders go through, giving me some sort of notice, and then explain to me the reasoning behind it.<br> <br> But no notice and no communication from the man who is the highest representative of a company, the MD. Was happy to take my money on previous sales but as soon as it did not suit Provision anymore, he could not even take the time to greet and explain a situation that was no fault of mine.<br> <br>
