I ordered last year in August . I have been sending them emails and they don't bother to even reply. They were very fast in taking the money from my account . If this is how businesses operate in the U.S. that is really quite frightening.
Awful. They took my money and I never received my order. They are now refusing to refund me as according to them the bank won't reverse payment as it is 6 months ! They say they have dispatched the parcel twice because I have notified them all along the way .
I ordered from Kroko Loco about 2 months ago . The money has been removed from my bank account but no goods and no communication. They say that they ship all over the world.........
Voice Mail not working in spite of numerous phone calls to Call Centre and Tech Dept, emails and visits to an MTN Shop<br> <br> I have been a Client of MTN since it started and my account is always in good standing. I am very disappointed and when my contract expires I shall not be renewing it again. I really need my voicemail to work and I cannot understand why such a basic problem has not been attanded to. This I may add has been going on for some MONTHS now !<br> Thank you.
