Pathetic service on billing. Disconnection being done with prior communication and before the bill/invoice's due date. I still await a call back on my enquiry on the reconnections fees charged whilst my bill was not even close to the due date and disconnection took place with no communication from Telkom.
Notice from PecuSure received regarding refund/s being processed in August 2015. To date have not heard from PecuSure nor has refund been done to me.
