Court Order is a clothing and predominantly sneakers reselling shop/company. You sign up for a consignment contract, agreeing to let them resell your clothes or sneakers at a set price and they receive a commission on each sale. The contract states that the consigner will get paid a week after the sale, specifically the following Thursday. I’ve had three consignments sold and each time I’ve almost had to beg for my payment. It’s never paid on time, sometimes almost 2 months later. The same awful reason is always given: payment problems and an unknown resolution date. They deliberately delay payouts for “suspicious reasons” they know about but refuse to explain. I’m sick and tired of this nonsense. It’s time for the public to learn about these shenanigans and for Hello Peter to intervene.
I bought a coffee table and tv stand online at Homzy Furniture. When I went to collect the furniture I found the tv stand and coffee tables already wrapped up which prevent me from seeing any defects. I loaded the wrapped up TV Stand to take to away however left the Coffee Table behind due to the complaint I raised that it was too small than expected and their dimension online give a different impression. At that moment I was assisted by Homzy staff member by the name of Yaya. Yaya agreed to keep/take the coffee table back and than requested me to either go online and choose any other coffee table to replace the one I wasn't satisfied with, we agreed that I will login their website when I find time to choose another coffee table. I arrived home, unwrapped the TV stand and found it was poorly built and had a lot of defects. Immediately sent a WhatsApp Yaya and Homzy Customer Service Whatsapp with clear pictures on the very poor quality/(workmanship) tv stand that had just sold me. Without hesitation, Yaya took responsibility and requested me to choose any furniture to the value of the TV Stand or above and to make up the inconvenience and disappointment of their product. Mind you this is happening on top of the coffee table that I left behind due to its unacceptable size which I was request to choose any other as compensation for my disappointment and inconvenience. So again I endeavoured to go to their website to look for furniture to make up for coffee table and Tv stand than when found furniture that was interested in, I communicated to Yaya sent him the necessary information of the furniture on his website that I had chose for my compensation. So the furniture was a different coffee table and a headboard. Yaya than came back to me with a quotation with an additional amount I needed to pay as the furniture I chose was much more expensive than the one I getting compensation for. I agreed to that amount and paid 50% deposit of R2000. It's been 3 months since the original order and 2 months since the placing the deposit to top up on my compensation package. The compensation order was suppose to take 2 weeks. It's 2 months and counting today the order is not ready. I've been **** to by Yaya and also escalated this to Homzy directed who are not taking responsibility and resolving my query. They are pushing the buck between one another in the company and leaving me frustrated and very angry. I follow up weekly or bi-weekly and each time I follow up I'm almost met with amnesia. I have warned them multiple time not to take me for granted and they thought I was bluffing. Please assist me resolve this matter. Original order #5571
Hi<br> <br> Please assist with getting Altech Netsat to update my ITC record that i have paid their outspend debt in full. I've made all necessary steps, paid the account in full and email POP to Mohammed Choo who's no. is 0112075214 and who after one month counting from 15 October 2015 clearly is incompetent or simply doesn't want to update my ITC status as till today is reflect that I'm owing Netstar. I've made nemorous follow up with Mr Choo who keep on saying his going to sort it out. <br> <br> I've lost all patience and this is affecting my life and my way forward as i'm getting declined by other institution due to this Newstart account appearing as unpaid on ITC.
