I entered the store and was greeted by Anele, i informed him of the item i wished to purchase and he immediately stated he might not have stock. we went to his work station to check the stock and it was confirmed they did not have the item. <br> I specifically wanted to purchase the item on the day so Anele said he would check the stock of a different store in the same center. This other store had stock and Anele tried to get a unit from them. The other store refused. At this point Clifford the sales manager got involved and tried, he to failed. they then check with Dion Wired Woodmead which had stock.<br> Clifford made special arrangements to have stock brought to Greenstone so i could collect it later that day and not have to travel to the other store. <br> Both Anele and Clifford only had my best interest in mind during this process as Clifford kept stating he didn't want to waste my time.<br> i arrived later and the item was waiting for me to collect.<br> Both these men went above and beyond to get me what i wanted<br> This is one of the reasons Dion wired Greenstone is my favorite store<br> thank you to both Anele and Clifford<br>
