The property coach is the epitome of growth for property investors
The property coach is a great platform for individuals who wants to venture in the business of property. I find that the information shared is so practical simply because Carlo the coach has been doing it for way over 10 years.He shares new information every-time. I like the fact that It will help me manage most risks involved with the property business.I have grown so much in a very short period of time due to the weekly sessions that are held, where different topics are shared from managing your tenants, managing your unit, my marketing strategy and understanding the contract that i put my signature on when buying (OTP). Thank you Carlo for the great insights. The cherry on top is to be amongst a lot of individuals with different thinking asking great questions everyday that always triggers something. Thank you once again Maureen (property investor)

Excellent Club if you want to build property portfolio
I have been a member of the club for 6 months now as I have decided to build my portfolio in property. I have gained more experience each and everyday from Carlo personally as well as the hackers in the group....the group has dedicated members who are always available to assist with all the questions one might have and always happy to share or give advise when one needs....Carlo always avails him self and never hides information...he always over shares as he does what he does with love and compassion and very passionate to see others grow. I am loving my jorney in the property coach club.

Exceptional Service
I have been a member of the Property Coach for a couple of months and find that the course content and its delivery has exceeded my expectations. This course and all it offers is certainly value for money!

During lockdown I came across ThePropertyHack club and joined after my second session, the knowledge imparted by Carlo has enabled me to put structure to my property vision and I am well on my way to fast track my success in building a sustainable portfolio with minimal risks. Carlo is passionate in what he does and takes interest in his students and in helping us formulate portfolio's based on our personal circumstances. Being coached by him and the value and education which I have obtained during these few months is priceless. A whole hearted thank you Mr Carlo Mariani!
