Worst 2 months ever
We had the worst experience with this dealership. It’s been two months since we tried to purchase a Ford Kuga 2.5T AWD, and the process has been a complete nightmare. The car went to multiple mechanics for repairs due to a persistent misfire issue, which was never resolved—even after they claimed to have spent R40,000 on it. During this time, no deal was ever finalized, and we were constantly left waiting with no real updates. We even sold our own cars to buy from them, only to be left without a car or a clear answer. Communication was terrible — we had to chase them for updates because we rarely heard anything back unless we followed up ourselves. The manager, Barnard, was rude to my wife, ignored WhatsApp messages, and showed no professionalism when problems arose. We also had issues with the courtesy cars, which were clearly not properly checked or prepared. After two months of frustration and six unanswered emails, we decided to take our business elsewhere — and received excellent service at another dealership. We do not recommend this dealership to anyone. They completely failed to deliver on their promises and wasted our time.

we came here and we had a very warm welcome. as we walked I we were assisted right away. Although that they were busy we were offered something to drink.they also have wifi here and when we were assisted it only took a few minutes.the services and quality of the staff was outstang .
