Fraud alert. Took my money and no response more than a month later. No contact details to follow up on query
I placed an order and paid via direct bank transfer on January 31st 2022. I received confirmation of payment and told that my tackin number will be sent to me within 10 days. Almost a month and they have not replied to the qw emails I sent them. There is no contact number and I'm not sure how to get my money back.
I have had a policy with Auto & General for approximately 2 years and have n very missed a payment. More than a month ago my vehicle was burgled and my tools stolen.I lodged a claim and recieved an email requesting certain documents, which I provided. I also stated on that email that someone please contact me via telephone. No one called.sent numerous emails requesting that someone contact me via telephone, no one called.more than a month later, I still do not know what's happening. Each time I call, I am told the person I need to speak to is not available. I am lied to and always promised that the correct person that handles this will call me but never happens. I cannot understand that a company of this size an offer such poor service. I even stated on email that someone call me to cancel my policy, still no one calls. I feel I am being conned.
