We bought two Groupons for the Slider Burgers and Wine Pairing. The telephone booking for 13:00 was made 3 days in advance, and the Groupons emailed as requested. We arrived on time. After 10min I went to the counter and looked for someone to help our table. After presenting our printed groupons, we were told that the email we sent only had one of the two Groupons attached. I searched for the email on my phone and showed them the two attachments. The manager replied by saying that she has not had time to check her emails yet. At about 13:45 the restaurant manager phoned me to ask is we were still coming, to which I replied that we have been sitting there for 40min without any service. Then after waiting about 45min for our food, it arrived without the wine pairing. The bread tasted old and the patties were very dry. After finishing the meal, we have yet to receive the wine. The manager came to apologize, because apparently the kitchen was a bit chaotic after Groupon customers arrived without making a booking. NOT MY PROBLEM. She offered to bring any drinks on the house, but we were just not interested. Then the wine arrived without any distinction to what wine we are drinking.
