Extremely bad service from STELLNBURG PLUMBERS AND BUILDERS
We reported a faulty geyser to insurance company SANTAM. They sent a team from Stellenburg Plumbers and Builders. They came to fix the geyser, and followed up the next day to find out if the geyser heats the water, which i confirmed it did. I then contacted them again to inform them that the pressure in one of our bathrooms is extremely low. Godfrey said he would come in take a look after two days. After two days i called to find out what time he would come. He said i must call the office and ask them to arrange. I contacted the office and the person advised he will ask them to come and check. This was on 8 December. I followed up again on 12 December and then i was asked to call the office again. I followed up again on Tuesday 18 Dec and again i asked to call the office. Today we called them again and spoke to Keith, we informed him that we are going to report them to SANTAM and to have the business delisted because the service is extremely bad. The response w got from Keith was that we must go ahead and report them and he put the down in our ear. SANTAM, PLEASE REMOVE THIS BUSINESS FROM YOUR PANEL

Very poor customer service
<p>I reported fraudulent activity on my iphone on 17 May. My bill increased from R900 to R2 200 in a space of a few hours. I have wifi at home, i use the internet at the office so i hardly make use of my phone during the day. until today, 10 June they still have not resolved my query which has now turned into a complaint. Also, my monthly dedbit order went off so i paid for a service which i cannot use. i cannot make calls, i cannot access internet, i cannot send smses!!! have asked several times for a manager to contcat me but they hide their call centre agents/consultants. Vodacom im extremely dissapointed/disgusted in your poor service to cusotmers. I work in the service indutry too and i do definitely expect greater service than this!!!! i cannot even rate you 1 start, i rate you zero stars.</p>
