I bought 1000 building blocks from Mohammed Hardware in Isipingo ( KZN) and He convinced me to buy the expensive ones which are R9.00 each as they are strong, but He delivered R600 blocks which costs R7.00 each. Then When I complained He delivered the balance of 400 strong blocks and apologized for the inconvenience saying it's the guys He hired who took wrong blocks, but He will Reimburse me the difference. Now He is changing the story and say He delivered the correct blocks just that am fussy and He is even denying that He apologized after seeing the blocks as He asked the builder to do a video call so He can see if those blocks are not the ones I paid for. He is now refusing to pay to refund me the difference of R2000, and I want my money back. This man is a *****, They only use one truck that is always Broken, it went for repairs I don't know how many times, and as a customer you have to wait until it is fixed, then if you push them they will ask for assistance from small trucks drivers to deliver bit by bit. Their driver will call you on the 1st delivery for directions, check if they can deliver and check if there is some1at the site, After few days on the next delivery they don't even call you they just go to the site to deliver without even checking if there is some1 at the site, they then want to deliver your material on the road because their truck doesn't have power. I returned the truck with the blocks because they wanted to offload on the road 300meters away from the site. That's how bad their service is. Mohammed was in Hospital for 4 days and I was told to wait for him to be discharged from hospital in order for me to get my material and refund. IMAGINE.
