Extremely Poor Service and Dishonesty – Avoid LiV Green
We engaged LiV Green to supply appliances for a large residential development of 147 units. Unfortunately, our experience with this company has been nothing short of appalling. Despite being paid in full, appliances were not delivered on time, causing significant delays and forcing many owners to move into their new homes without essential appliances. Throughout this ordeal, LiV Green displayed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and messages were never returned. The only way we could get any form of response was by physically visiting their office — even then, we were met with vague explanations and repeated empty promises that were never fulfilled. It’s clear that LiV Green operates with no regard for customer service, honesty, or basic business ethics. Their conduct has caused widespread frustration and avoidable hardship. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. They have shown themselves to be unreliable, *************, and completely lacking in moral responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

Smities Pools
Smities pools started our pool construction in March 2015 and 7 Months later I had no alternative but to cancel the agreement and get someone else to complete the pool. The quality of work was shocking, plaster had no cement and resulted in the marbelite popping of the shell. The quality of the marbelite was shocking and they still had the audacity to commence filling the pool thinking it was acceptable. The was no real effort to fix the issues which required the plaster to be removed to the shell with minimal labour (one) attending to the work and no supervision. Many promises were made which were never fulfilled. Total unprofessional and I will go as far as saying they are liar's. Second attempt to rectify the problem yielded the same problems. I got another pool contractor to complete the pool which required replacement of mosaics due to damages from chipping off the plaster and complete re plaster and marbelite. Smities agreed to pay for the new marbelite as I had already paid 90% of the pool cost as per agreement. I am still waiting for this to be paid and was told they have cash flow issues.
