We relocated to Namibia 3 years ago, sold our bakkie 2 years ago, and have been paying the debit order eversince. I have tried to find any email correspondence to try and cancel the subscription, but noticed that there was nothing sent. There are no email addresses on their website, and when you select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION, it gives you an error when you submit, telling you to try again later. When you however select ANY OTHER OPTION, all of a sudden the message goes through.

Still no improvement
I wrote a complaint on 4 December about my service that is cut off several times per month, and then i am charged for the reconnection every time. This happens AFTER I HAVE MADE PAYMENT IN FULL FOR THAT MONTH!!!<br> <br> IT IS NOW 10 DAYS SINCE I COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS, 11 DAYS SINCE I PAID FOR DECEMBER IN FULL, AND MY CONNECTION WAS CUT OFF TWICE ALREADY!!!<br> <br> I AM SO FRUSTRATED, AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO TO GET THIS ISSUE FIXED. MULTICHOICE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 24 HOURS, I AM STILL WAITING!!!<br> CALLING THE CALL CENTRE MAKES NOOOOO DIFFERENCE, AND I AM STILL CHARGED FOR EACH RECONNECTION THEY DO IN ERROR!!! !!!

Continuous disconnections, then charged fee
We recently reconnected our DSTV service in 2015, and luckily kept all our receipts of every payment we made.<br> For the past 4 months, DSTV has continued to disconnect our service, usually after the first 2 weeks, and again 3 to 5 days later until month end.<br> <br> I then have to call their call centre every time, and hang on forever so they can reconnect me. Not only do i have to pay for the numerous cellphone calls i make, i am then also charged a reconnection fee EVERY TIME THEY RECONNECT!!!<br> <br> I THEN PAID MY ACCOUNT ON 3 DECEMBER (FOR DECEMBER), AND REFUSED TO PAY THE NUMEROUS RECONNECTION FEES I WAS CHARGED SINCE MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID, AND MY DSTV WAS CUT OFF ONCE AGAIN THIS MORNING, A MERE 2 DAYS LATER!!!<br> I have had it... calling the call center makes no difference, because the same issue persists.. and the agent in my town is just as powerless to fix this.<br> So what do i do?? Cancel my subscription???<br>
