We recently move from Blackheath to a retirement village in Honeydew. We called Little Loads and accepted their quotation for the removal of our furniture to the new location and paid a 50% deposit to secure the move.
They were very helpful & professional in their approach.
The move was executed efficiently & timeously.
As we were unpacking we noticed that a few items were missing & that there was some minor damage to some of the furniture.
We reported this to Claude Muller who came out to inspect the damage &

to take note of the missing items. He promised to look into the situation immediately.
We also received the final invoice which we paid the same day.(obviously a mistake)
We were also told that there would be a refund for the returned boxes.
Well, that was it .Despite a number of follow up emails from me to Claude, nothing has happened. We feel that they have had sufficient time to sort out the problems. We may be pensioners but we don,t forget easily
Is this a case of once you have paid it is the end of the deal despite outstanding items?.
